Member Inactive Process for Home or Non-Dual Membership Affiliates
First, manually remove the member from your Master Roster. Use this form is to deactivate members who are a Home or Affiliate member without Dual Membership. They will be removed from the MAEVE system and all chapters.
Do NOT use this form to remove Affiliate members who have Dual Membership, membership in both a Home and Affiliate chapter. If that member used the same email address to sign up for both chapters, it will flag both memberships for removal. For Affiliate Members with Dual Membership, manually remove the member from your roster and complete this form.
